Jen is the go-to-market operations specialist on the NextLevel Operations team. Her primary focus is thought leadership for the portfolio companies on revenue operations including platform infrastructure, data and analysis and process design for the go-to-market teams. In addition to supporting the portfolio companies, Jen is responsible for Salesforce.com administration for the internal Level team as well as sourcing process design and reporting.

Before joining Level, Jen consulted for mid-level Saas companies in Salesforce.com development, sales and service process design and team structure as well as reporting and analytics. Prior to developing her consulting business, Jen has also held a position as Director of Operations for Ordergroove where she built Salesforce.com, managed all integrations in and out of the system as well as developed sales metrics for reporting. She also previously held a position at Bank of America Merchant Services as the Vice President in Business Intelligence primarily responsible for CRM development and business reporting for the US based teams. Jen holds certifications for Salesforce.com administrator I and II, Salesforce.com developer, Six Sigma and various other revenue platform administration certifications.

Jen holds a B.S. from Elon University and lives in Charleston, SC with her husband, 3 children and 2 dogs.
